Returns Policy

Please open merchandise, try it on, and contact me regarding any problems within 5 business days.

If I sent you the wrong merchandise [size or design are NOT what you specified in your order] I'll send you the correct merchandise at my expense.

If you order something and it does not fit, or you dislike it, please return it at your expense, with tracking. I can either issue a refund, or send you another size. I'll issue the refund or send the replacement item AFTER receiving the returned merchandise.

Please understand that I do not mark up the goods that I make and/or sell to the extent that most retail establishments do. My material costs, utilities and studio rent have all gone up, but I've not raised the prices of the merchandise that I design/print/dye in proportion to that increase. There is no overhead to allow me to pay for free returns that are not the result of a mistake on my part.

All SALE and reserved orders are final sale, unless I ship you items that are not what you ordered.
